USE OF FUNDS
The funds provided by the Foundation may be used for:
The Foundation will focus on early and preparatory education, essential to enabling students to succeed in school and continue their education as long and as far as each may choose to go.
We will concentrate our core educational grants on pre-school through high school, supporting those institutions that serve economically disadvantaged children, as well as those adversely impacted by physical, mental and emotional challenges. Every child deserves a chance at personal fulfillment and, if our resources can at least partially level the playing field, we intend to do so.
Our grants can be provided to the schools through independent but related educational foundations, as well as other non-profits that focus on students, teacher training and professional advancement, innovative learning strategies, equipment and supplies, and other unmet needs that are deemed critical to carry out these goals. This includes emphasis on key educational tools, such as achieving grade proficiency in literacy and mathematics.
While we will not provide direct scholarships to students, we will work with other public charities that will do so on our behalf.
HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN
